Before starting Cedar Springs Forestry, Shawn spent 23 years working for Seven Islands Land Company in northern Maine in various forester and management roles. Shawn is a Maine licensed forester, active in our community as a director for the Ashland Logging Museum, Vice President of the Northern Maine Fair, member and past director of Maine Society of American Foresters, and Maine Tree Farm as an inspection forester. Shawn and his family live in Mapleton on their fourth-generation family woodlot, where in their free time, can be found working, hunting, or recreating.
